Ordering Over Christmas

We understand every gift you buy will not be a Christmas present so we will be working up to and including Christmas Eve and then back into the offices from Boxing Day onwards.

So anything you order will be processed and sent out from the week commencing 28th December.

We charge a flat rate delivery cost of £3.95 per order, irrespective of how many items you buy.

We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 3-5 working days, but please do allow up to 28 days for delivery from placing your order.

If we become aware of a delay to your delivery due to any cause beyond our reasonable control we will contact you and advise you of the expected delivery date.

At present only UK addresses are recognised by our website (to be changed soon!). If you reside outside the UK and would like to place an order please contact us and we will arrange all the delivery details for you.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods if the cause does fall beyond our reasonable control.

If we fail to deliver your goods and are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the cost of the goods.

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please obtain proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
